Picture The X-Files combined with Men in Black. Now picture that result turned into a construction toy. That's what this is. It's an intricate building set from MEGA BLOKS based around an alien arrival theme. Following the highly detailed instruction booklet, you can build a fairly large airplane hangar, which houses a presumably crashed alien spacecraft. There's plenty of pretend scientific equipment to carry on experiments and five special agents--Slyce, Frost, Wolf, Dyce, and Veil--are included as well. What sets this apart from many other building sets, including those of rival LEGO, is a system by which you can actually make the space aliens by pouring special goo into a series of molds. While the bricks sometimes have a hard time fitting together, we found the building kit to be challenging and the alien ooze to be disgusting, gross, and lots of fun. --Charlie Williams
