Barney is ready to teach toddlers the primary colors--along with a few hat-wearing occupations--through quizzes and songs. Silly Hats Barney is plush filled, 12 inches tall, and bright purple (of course!) with a green belly. On his head is a plastic dial divided into three painted areas that resemble a red fireman's helmet, a blue bus driver's cap, and a yellow farmer's hat. Push the hidden button in Barney's left hand and he'll ask kids to find one of the hats. If the wrong hat is chosen, Barney simply tells which hat is facing forward and asks for the right one again. Once the right hat is selected, Barney congratulates the child with a song about that particular hat ("Old MacDonald," "The Wheels on the Bus," or "When I Am a Firefighter"). Should a child tire of the toy, Barney shuts down automatically to save battery power. And, while the volume isn't adjustable, thankful parents should know Silly Hats Barney isn't really loud enough to require adjusting. --Pam Lauer

Barney wears a silly 3-sided hat and sings & dances to 4 favorite songs! Turn his hat and he'll sing a matching song. Press his hand for Quiz mode and he'll ask you to find a specific hat. Press his hand again and he will surprise you by singing the entire Silly Hat song. During each song Barney dances! Songs include- Old MacDonald, When I am a Firefighter, The Wheels on the Bus, and of course the popular, Silly Hat song.
