Here's a construction site that's all smiles, from the dump truck to the gas pump all the way up to grinning Mr. Crane, who sits atop the 12-inch-tall rig. And toddlers will be smiling, too, once they figure out how to maneuver the rugged site's many swinging, spinning, and spiraling surprises. With the push of a lever, two tough 2-inch-wide plastic boulders roll through one of three chutes out to a crane bucket that drops into a gravel pit. Then the boulders travel down two chutes and under a flip-up hazard sign and out to the waiting dump truck.
