Inside this clear vinyl zippered duffel bag is an assortment of Crayola art supplies just right for preschool through primary-age children. The set includes eight broad-tip washable markers in bright colors, 16 crayons, 10 washable mini stamp markers, 15 sticks of sidewalk chalk, three packages of modeling clay, and a 40-page lined tablet with a sample alphabet for practicing ABCs. The writing tablet actually lends itself better to pencil work, and the markers and crayons beg for a drawing tablet, so the combination included here seems a bit odd. But throw in a drawing tablet and some pencils of your own and you can round out the set perfectly. The modeling clay is perhaps the most interesting item: it's lightweight, spongy, pliable, and it doesn't crumble. On the minus side, it does not keep well for reuse. All the items store neatly inside the zippered duffel, which has a nylon carrying handle for easy toting. --Elisabeth Fredrickson
