When the handle is in the upright position, the seat looks like a pintsize version of an infant car seat, five-point harness and all. A cloth rattle attaches to the handle to stimulate baby, and it's easily removed for other imaginative play. Rotate the handle so it rests on the floor, and baby can sit in an upright position.
